Fun Fit Yoga is a women-only class with an emphasis on fun. Women of all shapes, sizes, ages and levels are welcome in these classes, which are designed to improve well-being, strength and stamina through yoga and sculpt.
The classes take place inside the Hot Yoga studio at 6060 N. 16th St., however, the temperature is not turned up for the Fun Fit Yoga classes.
Tiana Hill, instructor, believes that fitness is one of the most powerful ways to change lives, and when women take care of themselves first, they are at their best in all areas of their lives—whether that is at home taking care of the kids, or working outside of the home.
