Agency helps seniors, city centers are closed

The Area Agency on Aging, Region One, serving Maricopa County, is providing support to seniors during the Coronavirus pandemic.

While city of Phoenix senior centers are closed temporarily due to the virus, you may still call the Area Agency on Aging, Region One, Incorporated for help with information about home-delivered meals, transportation, benefits, caregivers, counseling and many other resources, at 602-264-4357 (HELP). The Area Agency on Aging is asking healthy people in the community to donate canned soup and vegetables, tuna fish, cereal and other non-perishable items to be given to seniors in need.
