Indulge in four-course dinners offered by The Macintosh in partnership with area butchers and craft breweries during the new “Third Thursdays.”
The Macintosh is teaming up with other businesses to provide the monthly dinner series at its restaurant, located at 2119 E. Camelback Road, Suite A21. The next “Third Thursdays” event will take place 5-9 p.m. on Aug. 15.
During the Aug. 15 dinner, The Macintosh is teaming up with Arcadia Meat Market. The menuu includes chicken liver pate made with locally raised poultry from Two Wash Farmsand the The Macintosh’s barrel-aged Negroni, lamb meatballs and grits served with Truth or Consequences Syrah.
Diners will enjoy hand-churned ice cream, made with grass-fed cream and milk, with Collins Irish Coffee for dessert. This Arcadia Meat Market dinner is $65 per person, including wine and bar pairings and $45 for the dinner without drinks.
